Attention Homeowners and Residents of Chandler Enclave, This fall and early winter we have received some much needed rain, and we are so grateful for that moisture.  With every good rain there comes the inevitable Weeds.  The storms have passed and it is now time to clean up our yards.  Remove the weeds, mow the lawns, and clean up the trees.   Thank you for your efforts to keep the community looking nice and tidy. National Good Neighbor Day is September 28th.  National Good Neighbor Day encourages acts of kindness and strengthens community ties among neighbors.  Some ideas to celebrate National Neighbor Day by: Being thoughtful: Offer to help a neighbor with a task, like gardening or running errands. Share treats: Bake some cookies or make a double batch of your favorite food to share. Share a smile or a wave: See someone walking down the street, getting out of their car?  Say hello with a smile and a wave. Showing appreciation: Write a letter of encouragement or express gratitude to a neighbor. Connecting with neighbors: Host a casual get-together like “donuts on the driveway” or an informal chat. Improving your community: Go for a walk and pick up litter along the sidewalk.

Chandler Enclave Homeowners,  It has been brought to our attention that someone in the community is leaving piles of cat food in common areas and parking lots.  This action is in direct violation of City of Chandler codes (please see attached document).  If you witness this type of action, please report it to city officials, as this behavior is unacceptable within the City of Chandler.  Thank you, Heywood Management

Please see the email below for important reminders.    Friendly reminder, holiday lights and decorations must be removed within (15) days after the holiday. If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.
