Chandler Enclave Homeowners,  It has been brought to our attention that someone in the community is leaving piles of cat food in common areas and parking lots.  This action is in direct violation of City of Chandler codes (please see attached document).  If you witness this type of action, please report it to city officials, as this behavior is unacceptable within the City of Chandler.  Thank you, Heywood Management

If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.
